The Azeri Navy (Azərbaycan Hərbi Dəniz Qüvvələri) has just been released on the minor cold war/modern fleet page.
Funded in 1919 as the country took independence after the collapse of the Russian Empire, its first assets were five ex-Russian vessels. However it soon fell back under Soviet Rule pretty much until 1991. Second fleet today on the Caspian Sea after the Russian flotilla, it comprised still quite a large array of naval assets, naval aviation and marines, with its flagship bing a Grisha class Frigate. #colrwar #modernfleets #azerbaidjan #azerinavy
